VIPLOCA DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") has been electronically executed between the following parties in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

2. Subject

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the purchase of reservations, memberships, and other services offered by VIPLOCA.

3. Formation and Validity of the Agreement

The Buyer is deemed to have accepted this Agreement by completing the purchase on the VIPLOCA platform.

The Agreement comes into force upon the completion of the order by the Buyer.

4. Service Delivery and Pricing

The Buyer purchases the services provided by VIPLOCA at the prices specified on the platform.

VIPLOCA reserves the right to change prices and service content.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation Conditions

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal depending on the type of service purchased.

The right of withdrawal must be exercised before the service starts. After the service has started, cancellation requests are subject to VIPLOCA's cancellation and refund policies.

6. Dispute Resolution

The Estonian Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Agreement.

7. Enforcement

This Agreement shall enter into force upon electronic approval by the parties.
